  • Auction Procedures means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the form of Statement as of the filing thereof.

  • Reconciliation Procedures means those procedures set forth in Section 7.09 of this Agreement.

  • Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School.   • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.

  • Expert Determination has the meaning given to it in Clause 18.3(a) (Expert Determination).
