Disputed Claim or Interest means a Claim or Interest, or any portion thereof, as to which any one of the following applies: (a) that is listed on the Schedules as unliquidated, disputed, contingent or unknown; (b) that is the subject of a timely objection or request for estimation in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, any applicable order of the Bankruptcy Court, the Plan or applicable non-bankruptcy law, which objection or request for estimation has not been withdrawn, resolved or overruled by a Final Order; (c) that is otherwise disputed by the Debtors or any other party in interest in accordance with applicable law, which dispute has not been withdrawn, resolved, or overruled by a Final Order; or (d) that is otherwise treated as a ‘Disputed Claimpursuant to the Plan.
Disputed Claim or Interest means a Claim or Interest:

  • Approved Claim means a Claim Form submitted by a Settlement Class Member that: (a) is submitted timely and in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the provisions of the Settlement Agreement; (b) is fully and truthfully completed by a Settlement Class Member with all of the information requested in the Claim Form; (c) is signed by the Settlement Class Member, physically or electronically; and (d) is approved by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 5.2 below.

  • IPR Claim means any claim of infringement or alleged infringement (including the defence of such infringement or alleged infringement) of any IPR, used to provide the Services or as otherwise provided and/or licensed by the Supplier (or to which the Supplier has provided access) to the Authority in the fulfilment of its obligations under this Framework Agreement;

  • Tax Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05.
