Disrespectful Behaviour definition
Disrespectful Behaviour means any rude, discourteous or impolite statements or actions;
Disrespectful Behaviour means any action, conduct, or comment that can reasonably be expected to cause humiliation, offense, or other physical or psychological injury, including, but not limited to, Harassment, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Solicitation, and Violence.

Disrespectful Behaviour or “personal harassment” consists of objectionable and unwelcome comments or conduct which:
(a) Are directed at an individual;
(b) Serve no legitimate work purpose; and
(c) Have the effect of interfering with work performance or creating an intimidating, humiliating or hostile environment.
