Disruptive conduct definition

Disruptive conduct means willful conduct which:
Disruptive conduct means conduct that interferes with the normal hearing process, as determined by the Hearings Officer.
Disruptive conduct is defined as a form of conduct, action, incident or behavior perpetrated, caused or permitted by an Occupant (i.e., any person over one year of age living and sleeping in a residential unit or having actual possession of such residential rental unit) or guest of the Leased Premises that: i. is a violation of the Ordinances of the City of Lancaster and that is so loud, untimely as to the time of day, offensive and/or nuisance-causing that it unreasonably interferes with the peaceful enjoyment by other persons of their premises or causes damage to property that is owned by others; ii. involves music or noise that is disruptive to persons occupying a different dwelling unit; iii. involves music that is audible from a street, sidewalk or dwelling from a minimum distance of 50 feet from the premises where the sound is originating; iv. is the subject of a criminal citation for Disorderly Conduct; v. is the subject of a criminal citation under the Pennsylvania Crimes Code or the Pennsylvania Liquor Code; or vi. involves the illegal possession of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia as defined by the Crimes Code or the Controlled Substance, Drug Device and Cosmetic Act.

  • Disruptive conduct includes addressing the Board or Committee without first being recognized, not addressing the subject before the Board or Committee, repetitively addressing the same subject, failing to relinquish the podium when requested to do so, or otherwise preventing the Board or Committee from conducting its meeting in an orderly manner.

  • Disruptive conduct does not include any conduct protected by the First Amendment.

  • Disruptive conduct: When the Enrollee engages in conduct or behavior that substantially impairs the Contractor’s ability to provide for or arrange Covered Services to either this Enrollee or other Enrollees and provided the Contractor made and documented reasonable efforts to resolve the problems presented by the Enrollee.

Disruptive conduct means conduct of a kind referred to in Section 150(1);
Disruptive conduct means any form of conduct, action, or behavior perpetrated, caused or permitted by any occupant, or visitor of a rental unit that is so loud, offensive, riotous or otherwise disturbs other persons of ordinary sensibility in their peaceful enjoyment of their premises such that a report is made to the police department, or code enforcement department complaining of such conduct, action, incident or behavior including any and all Borough ordinance violations. Provided, however, that no Disruptive Conduct shall be deemed to have occurred unless the Police Department or the Code Enforcement Officer shall have investigated and made a determination that such did occur and keep written record, including a Disruptive Conduct report or Police Report, of such occurrence. A copy of such report shall be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer. Notice that a report has been issued shall be provided to the owner or agent of the property from which the report was generated.
Disruptive conduct means conduct that unnecessarily disturbs others, or is disruptive to the normal practices, processes, or functions of the University, institution, business, or local municipalities; conduct that is retaliatory; conduct directed at a person that serves no legitimate purpose and seriously alarms or intimidates that person; or conduct that constitutes unlawful discrimination based on another person’s race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, creed, age, national or ethnic origin, citizenship, veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected class.

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.
