Dissentient Shareholder definition
Dissentient Shareholder means a Shareholder who has not voted in favour of the Amalgamation and who makes an application to the Court pursuant to section 106(6) of the Companies Act;
Dissentient Shareholder means a person entered in the register of members of Peak who has not voted in favor of the Amalgamation and who makes an application to the Supreme Court of Bermuda pursuant to Section 106(6) of the Bermuda Act.
