Examples of Dissolution Events in a sentence
Upon the occurrence of a Dissolution Event which is continuing, the Certificates may be redeemed at the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Dissolution Event Redemption Date, if the conditions set out in Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) are satisfied, and the Trust will be dissolved by the Trustee.
SIB has entered into the Purchase Undertaking in favour of the Trustee and the Delegate to purchase all of the Trustee’s rights, title, interests, benefits and entitlements in, to and under the Portfolio on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at the Final Dissolution Amount (each as defined in Condition 10.1 (Scheduled Dissolution)) or, if earlier, on the due date for dissolution determined in accordance with Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) at the Dissolution Amount specified in the applicable Final Terms.
No remedy against the Bank, other than as referred to in this Condition 12 (Dissolution Events and Winding-up), shall be available to the Delegate, the Trustee or the Certificateholders, whether for the recovery of amounts owing in respect of the Transaction Documents or in respect of any breach by the Bank of any of its other obligations under or in respect of the Transaction Documents.
The Trustee shall not be entitled to redeem the Certificates, and the Trustee shall not be entitled to dissolve the Trust otherwise than as provided in this Condition 10 (Capital Distributions of the Trust), Condition 13 (Purchase and Cancellation of Certificates) and Condition 14 (Dissolution Events).
Subject to Condition 7.6 (Cessation of Profit Entitlement), Condition 11.2 (Early Dissolution for Tax Reasons), Condition 11.3 (Dissolution at the Option of the Trustee) and Condition 14 (Dissolution Events) below, and unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms or the applicable Pricing Supplement, as the case may be, each Periodic Distribution Amount will be made in respect of the relevant Trust Certificates in arrear on each Periodic Distribution Date.
