Distinctive Tree definition

Distinctive Tree means a healthy Tree that is considered by the Director to be an uncommon species in the City of Kingston region and environment, or a Tree of an uncommon size, maturity or age, and includes, without limitation, those Tree species listed in Schedule ‘A’ to this By-Law.
