Distributable Component Interest definition

Distributable Component Interest means, with respect to any REMIC III Component of either Class of Interest-Only Certificates for any Distribution Date, subject to Section 4.05(b), an amount of interest equal to (a) the amount of Accrued Component Interest in respect of such REMIC III Component for the related Interest Accrual Period, reduced (to not less than zero) by (b) the product of (i) the entire portion of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date that was allocated to such Class of Interest-Only Certificates in accordance with the definition of "Distributable Certificate Interest", multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of any Accrued Component Interest in respect of such REMIC III Component for the related Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is the amount of the Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of such Class of Interest-Only Certificates for the related Interest Accrual Period.
Distributable Component Interest means, with respect to any Class X REMIC III Component for any Distribution Date, subject to Section 4.05(b), an amount of interest equal to (a) the amount of Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class X REMIC III Component for the related Interest Accrual Period, reduced (to not less than zero) by (b) the product of (i) the entire portion of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date that was allocated to the Class X Certificates in accordance with the definition of "Distributable Certificate Interest," multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of any Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class X REMIC III Component for the related Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is the amount of the Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of the Class X Certificates for the related Interest Accrual Period.
Distributable Component Interest. With respect to any Class X Component for any Distribution Date, the Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class X Component for such Distribution Date, reduced (to not less than zero) by the product of (a) the entire portion of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date that was allocated to the Class X Certificates in accordance with Section 4.04(e), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class X Component for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of the Class X Certificates for such Distribution Date.

  • It is the policy of the City of Abbeville to offer leaves of absence when appropriate to employees who are no longer medically able to continue the essential duties of their permanent job and to encourage their return to work consistent with their medical recovery and physician’s advice.

  • All distributions of interest made in respect of the Class S Certificates on any Distribution Date pursuant to clause (i) above, shall be deemed to have been made in respect of the Class S REMIC III Regular Interests, pro rata in accordance with the respective amounts of Distributable Component Interest in respect of each Class S REMIC III Regular Interest for such Distribution Date and, to the extent not previously deemed paid pursuant to this paragraph, for all prior Distribution Dates.

  • All distributions of interest made in respect of a Class of Interest Only Certificates on the final Distribution Date pursuant to clause (i) above, shall be deemed to have been made in respect of the respective REMIC III Components of such Class, pro rata in accordance with the respective amounts of Distributable Component Interest in respect of such REMIC III Components for such Distribution Date and, to the extent not previously deemed paid pursuant to Section 4.01(a), for all prior Distribution Dates.

  • All distributions of interest made in respect of the Class X Certificates on any Distribution Date as provided above shall be deemed to have been made in respect of the various Components of the Class X Certificates, pro rata in accordance with the respective amounts of Distributable Component Interest in respect of such Components of the Class X Certificates for such Distribution Date and, to the extent not previously deemed paid pursuant to this paragraph, for all prior Distribution Dates, if any.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the portion of the Accrued Component Interest in respect of any Class S REMIC III Regular Interest for any Interest Accrual Period that may be distributable to the Holders of the Class S Certificates pursuant to Section 4.01(a) shall not exceed the Distributable Component Interest in respect of such Class S REMIC III Regular Interest for the related Distribution Date.

Distributable Component Interest. With respect to any Class S REMIC III Regular Interest, for any Distribution Date, an amount of interest equal to all Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class S REMIC III Regular Interest for the related Interest Accrual Period, reduced (to not less than zero) by the product of (i) any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date, multiplied by (ii) a fraction, expressed as a decimal, the numerator of which is the Accrued Component Interest in respect of such Class S REMIC III Regular Interest for the related Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of all the Regular Interest Certificates for the related Interest Accrual Period.

Related to Distributable Component Interest

  • Distributable Certificate Interest means, with respect to any Class of REMIC III Regular Certificates for any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of such Class for such Distribution Date, reduced (to not less than zero) by (1) any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to such Class pursuant to Section 6.7, (2) with respect to each Class of the Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, any Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on such Distribution Date to such Class in reduction of the Distributable Certificate Interest thereon pursuant to Section 6.11, and (3) with respect to each Class of the Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, any amounts reimbursable in accordance with Section 6.11(c), out of amounts otherwise distributable as interest in respect of such Class, to any more senior Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date in respect of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on prior Distribution Dates to such more senior Class of Certificates pursuant to Section 6.11, plus (B) if such Distribution Date is subsequent to the initial Distribution Date, any Unpaid Interest in respect of such Class for such Distribution Date, plus (C) in the case of a Class of Principal Balance Certificates, if the Certificate Balances of such Principal Balance Certificates are increased on such Distribution Date in accordance with clause (b) of the definition of “Certificate Balance”, the total amount of interest at the applicable Pass-Through Rate that would have accrued and been distributable with respect to the amount by which the related Aggregate Certificate Balance was so increased, if such Aggregate Certificate Balance had not been reduced by that amount in connection with the allocation of Collateral Support Deficits in the first place and assuming that the reinstatement of Certificate Balance is in reverse chronological order of the original reductions therein, plus (D) in the case of each Class of the Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E Certificates, the amount of any Actual Recoveries of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated in accordance with Section 6.11(c) to such Class of Certificates to increase the Distributable Certificate Interest thereof for such Distribution Date, plus (E) in the case of each Class of the Class B, Class C and Class D Certificates, any amounts reimbursed in accordance with Section 6.11(c) to such Class of Certificates by any more junior Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date in respect of Trust Advisor Expenses allocated on prior Distribution Dates to the subject Class of Certificates pursuant to Section 6.11. Any increase in the Distributable Certificate Interest with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates for any Distribution Date pursuant to clause (C) of the prior sentence shall result in a corresponding reduction of interest payable on unreimbursed allocations of Collateral Support Deficits in respect of such Class of Principal Balance Certificates.

  • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Class C Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class C Distributable Interest Rate on a notional amount equal to the aggregate principal balance of the Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests immediately prior to such Distribution Date, plus the interest portion of any previous distributions on such Class that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class C Certificates.

  • Lower Tier Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any calendar month, the sum of (i) the Cash Flow Distribution Amount and (ii) the Lower Tier Accrual Amount, if any.

  • Current Interest With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued at the applicable Certificate Interest Rate during the related Accrual Period on the Class Principal Amount or Class Notional Amount, as applicable, of such Class prior to any distributions of principal, allocations of Realized Losses or allocations of Certificate Writedown Amounts prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Accrued Component Interest With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, one month’s interest at the Class X Strip Rate applicable to such Component for such Distribution Date, accrued on the Component Notional Amount of such Component outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Component Interest shall be calculated on a 30/360 Basis and, with respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, shall be deemed to accrue during the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑4 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑4 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Group I Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-3 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑3 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑3 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v), (a)(vi) and (a)(vii), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Class A Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and each class of Class A Notes, an amount equal to the sum of: (i) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Class A Notes at the related Note Rate from and including the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding the current Distribution Date plus (ii) the related Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall for the current Distribution Date.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B-4 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fourteenth, fifteenth, and sixteenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
