Distribution Contracts definition

Distribution Contracts means contracts between an Acquired Company, on the one hand, and a Distributor, on the other hand.
Distribution Contracts means those contracts between members of the Seller's Group and distributors relating to the Business relating to the supply of goods or equipment or the provision of maintenance or other services which are listed in Part C of Schedule 1;

Related to Distribution Contracts
