Capicol 1 Group means Capicol 1, Fine Asset, Capicol (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2007/010860/07), Mr. Paul Kyriacou (Identity No. 770604 5176 083) and all directors and shareholders of either Capicol 1 and/or Fine Asset and/or Capicol (Pty) Ltd, referred to in this clause 2.8;
