Distribution Scheme definition

Distribution Scheme means the scheme of Distribution mentioned in the Copyright Act, 1957 and Copyright Rules, 2013 and as contained and framed pursuant to these Articles and the Rules made thereunder.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in the two preceding paragraphs, if the holders of Allowed Class 4 Claims against the SMSA II Debtors are paid in full pursuant to the Distribution Scheme and the holders of Allowed Class 4 Claims against the Liquidating Debtors are not, then all Plan Shares issued by Post Confirmation Debtors that were formerly SMSA II Debtors shall be distributed instead to the holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims against the Liquidating Debtors.
