Distribution System Code definition

Distribution System Code means the code approved by the Board which, among other things, establishes the obligations of the distributor with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and retailers and provides minimum, technical operating standards of distribution systems;
Distribution System Code. (“DSC”) means the code, approved by the Board and in effect at the relevant time, which, among other things, establishes the obligations of distributors with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to consumers and retailers and provides minimum technical operating standards for distribution systems.
Distribution System Code means the “Distribution System Code” established and approved by the Ontario Energy Board as amended or replaced from time to time.

Distribution System Code means the code approved by the OEB, as amended from time to time, which, among other things, establishes the obligations of an LDC with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and retailers and provides minimum technical operating standards of distribution systems.

Distribution System Code means the code approved by the Board, as it may be amended from time to time, that is in effect at the relevant time, governing licenced distributors in Ontario.
