District Agency definition

District Agency means the agency of the government of the District of Columbia that is responsible for implementing the Inclusionary Zoning Implementation Amendment Act of 2006, as codified in D.C. Official Code §§ 6-1041.01 et seq.

  • In accordance with the IZ Implementation Regulations, the Inclusionary Unit Owner shall submit to the District Agency annually on the anniversary of the closing date for a For Sale Inclusionary Unit, a certification that it continues to occupy the For Sale Inclusionary Unit as its principal residence.

  • The Inclusionary Development Owner shall provide an annual report (“Annual Report”) to the District Agency regarding the Rental Inclusionary Units, which shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the IZ Implementation Regulations.
