District Contact definition

District Contact means the individual named as the contact person for the District in the RFP;
District Contact means the individual identified in the Instructions to Proponents - Contact Information responsible for managing the RFP process through whom all correspondence will flow, including receiving all commercial and technical questions and issuing addenda to this RFP.
District Contact shall be the person specified in Section 3.1 or his/her successor.

Examples of District Contact in a sentence

  • Any oral communication by the District Contact Person or his/her designee regarding this RFP is not binding and shall in no way modify the RFP or the obligations of the District, Proposer and/or Contractor.

  • The District Contact Person shall order Products from time to time by delivery to Provisioner of a Purchase Order.

  • The use of chemical weed killer to maintain the flowerbeds must receive prior approval of the District Contact Person.

  • The successful vendor shall be notified by the Purchasing Department of the name and phone number of the District Contact Person.

  • The lawn care Contractor is to make all efforts to maintain the grass height to within a one half inch (1/2”) tolerance of the cutting heights listed in Appendix A, the mowing schedule may be adjusted by the contractor only after consultation and approval with the District Contact Person to fit the changes in weather conditions and climatic factors.

  • District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.

  • District board means the board of directors of the district.

  • District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.

  • School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • District shall hereafter refer to districts that have signed the Agreement for the 2022-23 Program year and agree to be financially responsible as a Cooperative member for the Program costs.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.

  • Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.
