District of attendance definition

District of attendance means a school district, other than a pupil’s district of residence, that the pupil is attending under a whole grade sharing agreement.
District of attendance means the school district in which a student is enrolled and attends classes if the student does not attend school in his or her district of residence. For a homeschooled student, the district of attendance shall be determined in accordance with C.R.S. 22-33-104.5 (6).

  • District Engineer means the District Engineer of Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, and Sacramento Area Sewer District, or his designee.
