Diversion Channel definition

Diversion Channel means the diversion channel to be constructed as part of the Project.
Diversion Channel. The river channel constructed by the USACE as shown on the Site Plan that accepts water from the East Branch of the Neponset River at the East Branch Neponset River Dam and directs the river flow around the western border of the Main Site to Factory Pond and beyond.
Diversion Channel or “Storm Water Diversion Channel and Associated Infrastructure” or “SWDCAI” means the approximately thirty (30) mile, 20,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) diversion channel and associated features and infrastructure, including the outlet, river and drain inlets, road bridges, railroad bridges, aqueducts, and recreational features, to be constructed as part of the Comprehensive Project.
