Diversion Payment definition

Diversion Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(c).
Diversion Payment means a needs-based, cash or cash-equivalent payment designed to meet the short-term needs of the participant. A diversion payment is designed to address a specific crisis situation or episode of need and is not designed to meet the basic ongoing needs of the participant. A diversion payment may not extend beyond four (4) months. In addition to a diversion payment, a participant who is eligible for diversion may receive supportive services. Diversions payment includes two types:
Diversion Payment means a lump sum cash payment provided to a client in lieu of regular monthly cash assistance.

Examples of Diversion Payment in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 11.6 shall not limit a Party’s applicable Diversion Payment specified in Section 10.2.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Diversion Payment shall be due or payable by the Diversion Party to the Harmed Party in respect of any Diversion (irrespective of whether the Diversion involves more than one Licensed Product or occurs by more than one retailer or at more than one location) that occurs during the Diversion Grace Period.

  • The Diversion Party shall pay any Diversion Payment owed to the Harmed Party no later than thirty (30) days following the receipt of notice of any outstanding Diversion Payment from the Harmed Party.

  • The Diversion Party shall pay any Diversion Payment to the Harmed Party no later than thirty (30) days following the receipt of notice of any Diversion Payment from the Harmed Party or the conclusion of the dispute resolutions process set forth in Section 10.2(c) above.

  • No interest shall be payable on the amount which is the difference between the Diversion Payment Amount and the Amount Payable.

Related to Diversion Payment

  • Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.

  • Termination Payment means the amount payable by either Party to the other upon Termination in accordance with Article 23;

  • Production Payment means a production payment obligation (whether volumetric or dollar denominated) of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries which are payable from a specified share of proceeds received from production from specified Oil and Gas Properties, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Termination Payments has the meaning specified in Section 10(a).

  • Amortization Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
