Diversions may include: by-pass ditches, plastic lined by-pass ditches, plastic or metal pipe by-passes or other methods as directed by the Forest Officer.

In order to develop and maintain a compatible base of Water use information, the Parties shall annually gather and share accurate and comparable information on all Withdrawals in excess of 100,000 gallons per day (379,000 litres per day) or greater average in any 30-day period (including Consumptive Uses) and all Diversions, including all Exceptions.
