Dividend Factor definition

Dividend Factor means a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in such Dividend Period and the denominator of which is 360.
Dividend Factor means 43,118,018, as adjusted as provided in Section 9(c) of the Class A Provisions.

Dividend Factor means (i) for any Dividend Period prior to the later of the Dividend Payment Date in December 2011 and the Issue Date, a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the Dividend Period computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months and the denominator of which is 360 and (ii) for any Dividend Period thereafter, a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in such Dividend Period and the denominator of which is 360.
Dividend Factor shall be (i) from the Issue Date to and including December 31, 2012, 170 and (ii) from and including January 1, 2013 until the Exchange Date, 150, in the case of each of clause (i) and (ii), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 7.
