Any adjustments to the Dividend Factor and the Participation Factor under this Section 7 shall be calculated by the Corporation to the nearest one-ten-thousandth of a share of Common Stock.
Whenever the Dividend Factor or the Participation Factor is adjusted as provided under this Section 7, the Corporation shall promptly mail to holders of record of Series A Participating Preferred Stock (if any), first class, postage prepaid, at the address of such record holders as maintained by the Registrar, a notice of adjustment setting forth in reasonable detail the events giving rise to the adjustment and the calculation of adjustment.
