Dividends Per Share means the Dividends divided by one million three hundred sixty thousand (1,360,000).
Dividends Per Share means, with respect to an applicable period, the sum of all dividends (including special or extraordinary dividends) paid, on a per share basis, by the Company with respect to the Common Stock during an applicable period.
Dividends Per Share means the annual dividend rate as determined by the Board of Directors.

  • Dividends Paid means the total of all cash dividends paid on one (1) share of stock during the Performance Period.

  • Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.
