DLT financial instruments definition
DLT financial instruments means ‘financial instruments’ within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of Directive 2014/65/EU that are issued, recorded, transferred and stored using a DLT;
DLT financial instruments means ‘▌financial instruments’ within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) ▌of Directive 2014/65/EU, with the exception of depositary receipts, that are issued, recorded, transferred and stored using a DLT;
DLT financial instruments means ‘financial instruments’ within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of Directive 2014/65/EU that are issued by means of distributed ledger technology;
