DMP Agreement definition

DMP Agreement means the DMP Agreement between the Authority and the Supplier referred to in the Contract Order Form;
DMP Agreement means the DMP Agreement between the Authority and the Supplier referred to in the Contract Order Form; "DMP Commencement Date" means the date of commencement of the DMP Agreement as stated in the Contract Schedule 1 (Definitions);

  • Notwithstanding any benefit to the Customer of the policy or policies of insurance referred to in Clause 31 (Insurance) of the DMP Agreement, the Supplier shall effect and maintain such further policy or policies of insurance or extensions to such existing policy or policies of insurance procured under the DMP Agreement in respect of all risks which may be incurred by the Supplier arising out of its performance of its obligations under this Contract.
