DNA Sequence Information definition

DNA Sequence Information means the [***] human and DROSOPHILA nucleotide sequences from nucleotide templates sequenced through Celera's internal sequencing programs and released to the Celera Discovery System.
DNA Sequence Information means the respective consensus, nonredundant nucleotide sequences for the Samples.
DNA Sequence Information means any human nucleotide sequence provided by Incyte to OncorMed.

DNA Sequence Information means nucleotide sequences, including SNP(s), incorporated in the LifeSeq-Registered Trademark- Database Product(s) provided by Incyte to Senomyx pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 90 days of interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. LIDB accepts queries from other network elements and provides return result, return error, and return reject responses as appropriate. Examples of information that Account Owners might store in LIDB and in their Line Records are: ABS Validation Data, Originating Line Number Screening (OLNS) data, ZIP Code data, and Calling Name Information.

  • Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.
