DNO Licence definition

DNO Licence means in relation to each Regulated Borrower the distribution licence as amended from time to time, granted or treated as granted to it by the Authority under section 6(1)(c) of the Electricity Act.
DNO Licence means an electricity distribution licence granted to a Distribution Network Owner under the Order;

  • Money recovered The amount of money recovered in the reporting month by DNO’s following confirmation that gas has been illegally taken pursuant to DNO Licence Condition 7(2).

  • Revenue recovered The amount of revenue recovered following confirmation that gas has been illegally taken pursuant to DNO Licence Condition 7(2).

  • Each Regulated Borrower shall not (and the Company shall ensure that each Regulated Borrower shall not) breach any of its DNO Licence conditions nor any of its obligations under the Electricity Act, the Competition Act and/or the Enterprise Act where any such breach could reasonably be expected to result in the revocation of its DNO Licence or would materially impair its ability to perform its obligations under the Finance Documents.

  • Money recovered The amount of money recovered in the reporting month following confirmation that gas has been illegally taken pursuant to DNO Licence Condition 7(2).

Related to DNO Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • the Licence means the Instrument of Appointment by the Secretary of State for the Environment of Severn Trent Water Limited as a Water and Sewerage Undertaker under the Water Act 1989;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • Licences - means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
