Document Control System means the document control system as indicated at Item 14 of the Sub-Contract Particulars; Electronic Signature System means the electronic signature system as indicated at Item 15 of the Sub-Contract Particulars; Environmental Legislation means the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW);
