Document Control System definition

Document Control System means the document control system as indicated at Item 14 of the Sub-Contract Particulars; Electronic Signature System means the electronic signature system as indicated at Item 15 of the Sub-Contract Particulars; Environmental Legislation means the Environment Protection Act 1970 and the Environment Protection Act 2017 (the 2017 Act); EPC System means the electronic payment claim system as indicated at Item 13 of the Sub-Contract Particulars;
Document Control System means the system established and maintained by the Concessionaire and containing the requirements set forth in Section 2.4
Document Control System means a system to maintain the flow of Project Site instructions, submittals, Notices of Proposed Change, Change Orders, Shop Drawings and any other documentation required for normal construction activities including the Agreement, in compliance with any applicable policy of The City.
