Document Deliverables definition

Document Deliverables means the designs, drawings, schematics, specifications, engineering documents, part lists, test plans and other documents that are a part of or otherwise included in the Deliverables set forth in Attachment A.
Document Deliverables mean, without duplication, (a) all Regulatory Documentation; (b) books, records, manuals, files, invoices, inventory records, product specifications, customer lists (for the 36 months immediately preceding the date of this Agreement, where practical and available), cost and pricing information, physician lists, supplier lists, business plans, catalogs, customer literature, quality control records and credit records of customers; (c) research, design and development files, records and laboratory books; (d) all sales, advertising, marketing, promotional and training materials and all other printed or written materials used or held for use primarily in the operation of the Business; (e) all data relevant to the manufacturing of the Product; (f) copies of current and former employee and contractor agreements relating to the nonuse and nondisclosure (or the like) of Intellectual Property Assets; (g) copies of current and former employee and contractor agreements relating to the nonuse and nondisclosure (or the like) of Intellectual Property with such Person’s former employer; and (h) all other documentation related to the Transferred Assets.
Document Deliverables means all the documents, specifications, designs, reports, correspondence and advice that the Supplier is to deliver pursuant to this Agreement (excluding any Software Deliverables), as set out in the Services & Deliverables Specification. "Documentation" means the Supplier’s published documentation in relation to the Supplier Software (if any), as the Supplier may update and amend from time to time.

  • Bank reserves the right to require copies of any of the Bank Document Deliverables for review prior to making any Advance for the purchase of a Participation Interest in any specific Mortgage Loan.

  • The Document Deliverables, the Collateral Agreements, any other instruments of conveyance and transfer and all other documents to be delivered by Seller to Buyer at such Closing shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.

More Definitions of Document Deliverables

Document Deliverables means all the documents, specifications, designs, reports, correspondence and advice that the Supplier is to deliver pursuant to this Agreement (excluding any Software Deliverables), as set out in the Proposal Specification.

Related to Document Deliverables
