Document Output definition

Document Output means any type of Solution output, other than a Report, which may include but is not limited to presentations, slide decks, or other document provided or made available by Veracode, through the Solution Platform, or otherwise.
Document Output meaning any type of document or report, other than a Report, to be provided or made available by Veracode, through the Solution Platform or otherwise, as described in an Order Form. “Solution Platform” shall mean any Veracode owned or licensed software, data, information, content or systems which form a part of the platform owned or controlled by Veracode which is used by Veracode to provide automated software as a service Solutions. The Solution Platform specifically excludes all Applications. “Term” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9 hereof. “Third Party” shall mean a third party software provider that owns a Customer Application or Third Party Application to be Assessed by Veracode and with respect to which Customer has the right to access the Report resulting from such Assessment as expressly described herein. As used herein, Third Party shall include, but not be limited to, other Veracode customers who elect to publish results of an Assessment of their own Application to Customer via the Solution Platform. “Users” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1 hereof. “Veracode Property” shall mean any technical information, e-Learning or other course content, techniques, ideas, methods, processes, software, interfaces, utilities, data, documents, directories, designs, user interfaces, know-how, intellectual property, information or materials of any kind (regardless of form) which has been or is acquired, created, developed or licensed by Veracode prior to or outside the scope of this Agreement and any improvement, modification or other derivative works thereof and all intellectual property rights therein; and expressly includes, without limitation, the Solution and Solution Output templates.

As used herein, Third Party shall include, but not be limited to, other Veracode customers who elect to publish results of an Assessment of their own Application to Ordering activity via the Solution Platform. “Veracode Property” shall mean any technical information, e-Learning or other course content, techniques, ideas, methods, processes, software, interfaces, utilities, data, documents, directories, designs, user interfaces, know-how, intellectual property, information or materials of any kind (regardless of form) which has been or is acquired, created, developed or licensed by Veracode prior to or outside the scope of this Agreement and any improvement, modification or other derivative works thereof and all intellectual property rights therein; and expressly includes, without limitation, the Solution and Solution Output templates.

  • Document of gift means a donor card or other record used to make an anatomical gift. The term includes a statement or symbol on a driver's license, identification card, or donor registry.

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Loan Document Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment by the Borrower of (i) the principal of and interest (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) on the Loans, when and as due, whether at maturity, by acceleration, upon one or more dates set for prepayment or otherwise, (ii) each payment required to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit, when and as due, including payments in respect of reimbursement of disbursements, interest thereon and obligations to provide cash collateral and (iii) all other monetary obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, including obligations to pay fees, expense reimbursement obligations (including with respect to attorneys’ fees) and indemnification obligations, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), (b) the due and punctual performance of all other obligations of the Borrower under or pursuant to this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents and (c) the due and punctual payment and performance of all the obligations of each other Loan Party under or pursuant to each of the Loan Documents (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), in each case of clauses (a), (b) and (c), whether now or hereafter owing.

System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, and as made reasonably available by Securiti.

  • Overdraft Facility or ‘Facility’ means an authorised debit balance that may be offered to you at our discretion from time to time allowing your Account to go overdrawn up to an agreed Overdraft Limit.

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
