Document Review definition

Document Review means the review conducted by the Authority, occurring at the point after the receipt of the completed SAC packet and before the effective date of the contract amendment, to determine applicant’s ability to serve Medicaid beneficiaries in the requested service areas;
Document Review means solicitation of comment from interested and affected parties on reports, proposals, or plans during various stages of development of action plans.
Document Review means reviewing the documentation relating to the food safety management system in the exporting country (territory) provided by the governmental authority of the exporting country (territory).
