Documentation Fees definition

Documentation Fees means the Agent’s standard fees for the use of the Agent’s in-house legal department relating to any and all modifications, waivers, releases, legal file reviews or additional collateral with respect to this Financing Agreement, the Collateral and/or the Obligations.
Documentation Fees means CIT’s documented and reasonable standard fees for the use of CIT’s outside counsel and/or in-house legal department relating to any and all modifications, waivers, releases, legal file reviews or additional collateral with respect to this Financing Agreement, the Collateral and/or the Obligations.
Documentation Fees. Administrative Agent’s standard fees for the use of Administrative Agent’s legal department related to any and all modifications, waivers, releases, legal file reviews or additional collateral with respect to this Agreement, the Collateral and/or the Obligations.

Examples of Documentation Fees in a sentence

  • All principal, interest, fees (including Documentation Fees), commissions, charges, Costs and Expenses incurred with or in respect of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents or any supplement or amendment hereto or thereto (all of which shall be cumulative and not exclusive) and any and all Obligations shall be charged to Borrower's account as maintained by Lender.

  • Additionally, GE Capital may reserve from the amounts otherwise available to the Borrowers as a Revolving Credit Advance such amounts necessary to pay the Documentation Fees.

  • Documentation Fees will be due within forty-five (45) days of invoice.

  • Additionally, GE Capital may reserve from the amounts otherwise available to the Borrowers as a Revolving Credit Advance such amounts necessary to pay the Documentation Fees and Extension Fee.
