Documentation Package definition

Documentation Package means, for each Collateral Obligation, the Document Checklist, the Preliminary Documentation Package and the Additional Documentation for such Collateral Obligation, collectively.
Documentation Package has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1 hereto. “DOE” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Documentation Package means, for each Collateral Obligation, the Document Checklist, the Preliminary Documentation Package and the Additional Documentation for such Collateral Obligation, collectively. “Dollar Equivalent” means, as to any amount in any Specif ied Currency at any time, such amount converted to USD at the Current FX Rate for such Specif ied Currency at such time. “Dollars”, “USD” and the sign “$” mean the lawful money of the United States of America. “Domicile” means, with respect to any issuer of, or obligor with respect to, a Collateral Obligation: (a) except as provided in clause (b) below, its country of organization; or (b) if it is organized in a Tax Jurisdiction, each of such jurisdiction and the country in which, in the Collateral Manager’s good faith estimate, a substantial portion of its operations are located or from which a substantial portion of its revenue or value is derived, in each case directly or through Subsidiaries (which shall be any jurisdiction and country known at the time of designation by the Collateral Manager to be the source of the majority of revenues, if any, of such issuer or obligor). The term “Domiciled” has a correlative meaning to the term “Domicile”.

Documentation Package means a compilation of historically significant records including, but not limited to, command operation reports, war diaries, and deck logs.

Documentation Package means ImageTrend's then current total package of security and compliance related documentation deliverables. ImageTrend reserves the right to modify or enhance the documentation package, provided that the documentation package must always include an Industry Accepted Information Security Audit report(s). For the 2017 and 2018 reporting periods, this includes: 1) ImageTrend HIPAA Security Rule Compliance Assessment with NIST 800-53 Mappings Final Report 2017 and 2018, 2) DataBank Co-Location Subcontractor's SOC1 Type 2 and SOC2 Type 2 Reports, 3) ImageTrend's NIST 800-53 Policy Package, including 29 information security policies and diagrams (includes Incident Response Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan), 5) Control Responsibility Matrix (available upon written request).

Related to Documentation Package

  • Document Checklist means, for any Collateral Loan, an electronic or hard copy list, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J delivered by the Borrower (or the Services Provider on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian (with a copy to the Collateral Agent) that identifies the Collateral Loan, the applicable Obligor and each of the Related Contracts that shall be delivered to the Document Custodian by the Borrower, and whether each such document is an original or a copy.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Documentation means SAP's then-current technical and functional documentation as well as any roles and responsibilities descriptions, if applicable, for the Cloud Service which is made available to Customer with the Cloud Service.
