Documented Vessels definition

Documented Vessels means the Fleet Assets of a Credit Party subject to a certificate of documentation or certificate of registry, official name and official number, including, without limitation, the vessels listed on Schedule 1.3 and identified as Documented Vessels therein.
Documented Vessels means (i) all Vessels described on Schedule 2.1(c) of the General Assignment and Assumption Agreement, except those Vessels designated thereon as not being documented Vessels, and (ii) all other documented Vessels hereafter owned by Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Documented Vessels means the Fleet Equipment of a Borrower subject to a certificate of documentation issued by the U.S. Coast Guard National Vessel Documentation Center, including, without limitation, the vessels listed on Schedule 1.01.
