Documents for Inspection definition

Documents for Inspection has the meaning ascribed to it in section 5(b) hereof;
Documents for Inspection means the documents and materials that have been delivered or made available to the Purchaser for review and examination pursuant to the RFP process, and such other documents and materials of a similar nature that may come into the possession or control of the Vendor and be provided to the Purchaser together with any Contracts entered into pursuant to Section 5.2.
Documents for Inspection means, in respect of each Property, the documents and materials to be delivered or made available to the Purchaser for review and examination pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Independent Inspector means a licensed Person who performs sampling, quality analysis and quantity determination of the Product received or delivered.
