DoD Contracts definition

DoD Contracts means (i) Defense Logistics Agency, Surplus Commercial Property, Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, Invitation for Bids, No. 99-0001, December, 2000, (ii) Defense Logistics Agency, Multi-Year Sale of Surplus Scrap Material at Locations Nationwide, Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, Invitation for Bids, No. 99-4001, December 7, 2004, and (iii) Surplus Usable Property Sales Contract (Sales Contract Number 08-0001-0001) between Borrower and the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service of the U.S. Department of Defense, in each case as amended, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
