FCE shall use its best efforts to obtain all necessary consent or approval from the U.S. Department of Energy, in form substantially similar to the form of DOE Approval set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.
As soon as practicable after the date hereof, FCE shall obtain all necessary consent, approval or waiver from the U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”), at its expense, in form substantially similar to the form of DOE Approval set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.
