DOE Sensitive Countries List means a confidential list of countries maintained by the U.S. Department of Energy to which particular consideration is given for policy reasons during NREL internal review and approval processes.

Countries may appear on the list of national security, nuclear nonproliferation, or terrorism support reasons.
