Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency definition

Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency has the meaning specified in Section 312(f).

Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(f).

Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency shall be determined by the Exchange Rate Agent and shall be obtained for each subsequent payment date by converting the specified Foreign Currency into Dollars at the Market Exchange Rate on the Conversion Date.

• The Dollar amount to be paid by the Company to the Trustee and by the Trustee or any Paying Agent to the Holders of such Debt Securities with respect to such payment date shall be the Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency or, in the case of a Currency Unit, the Dollar Equivalent of the Currency Unit, in each case as determined by the Currency Determination Agent, in the manner provided in paragraph (g) or (h) below.

• If, for any reason, the Borrower is prohibited by any Law from making any required payment hereunder in a Foreign Currency, the Borrower shall make such payment in Dollars in the Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency payment amount.
