Dollar Global Notes definition

Dollar Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Dollar Restricted Global Notes and the Dollar Unrestricted Global Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1, issued in accordance with Section 2.01, Section 2.06(b) or Section 2.06(d).
Dollar Global Notes means the Dollar U.S. Global Note(s), the Dollar ------------------- International Global Note(s) and, if applicable, the Dollar Unrestricted Global Notes.
Dollar Global Notes means the Dollar U.S. Global Notes, the Dollar International Global Notes and, if applicable, the Dollar Unrestricted Global Notes.

  • The Dollar Global Notes will be made available for inspection by the Representative not later than 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on the business day prior to the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Dollar Global Notes

Dollar Global Notes means the 2020 Global Note, 2023 Global Note and 2025 Global Notes.
Dollar Global Notes has the meaning given to it in Section 2.1(a)(iv) of this Exhibit A. “Euro Definitive Registered Note” means a certificated Euro Note that does not bear the Global Note Legend and shall not have the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto.

  • U.S. Global Note means a Global Note that bears the Restricted Legend representing Notes issued and sold pursuant to Rule 144A.

  • IAI Global Note means a Global Note substantially in the form of Exhibit A1 hereto bearing the Global Note Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee that will be issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes sold to Institutional Accredited Investors.

  • Restricted Global Notes means the Rule 144A Global Notes and the Regulation S Global Notes, all of which shall bear the Private Placement Legend.
