Dollar Notes definition

Dollar Notes means the Dollar Global Notes and the Dollar Definitive Registered Notes.
Dollar Notes means the Initial Dollar Notes, the Exchange Dollar Notes and the Additional Dollar Notes, if any.

  • It is understood that several Underwriters propose to offer the Dollar Notes for sale to the public in the United States as set forth in the Prospectus.

More Definitions of Dollar Notes

Dollar Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
Dollar Notes means promissory notes of each of the Borrowers, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrowers to repay the Dollar Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, renewals and supplements thereto.
Dollar Notes means, in relation to the Current Issuer, the Series 1 Notes and, in relation to any other Issuer, the Notes issued by such Issuer in U.S. Dollars;
Dollar Notes means the Notes denominated in Dollars.
Dollar Notes means, collectively, the Company's 11% Senior Notes due 2008 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $800,000,000, the Company's 11 1/4% Senior Notes due 2010 in an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000,000 and the Company's 12 7/8% Senior Discount Notes due 2010 in an aggregate principal amount at maturity not to exceed $675,000,000.
Dollar Notes means the $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2030 offered hereby.
Dollar Notes means $200,000,000.00 of 10.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture.
