Dollar Revolving Note definition

Dollar Revolving Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.06(a).
Dollar Revolving Note means, with respect to any Dollar Revolving Lender requesting the same, the promissory note of the Parent Borrower in favor of such Dollar Revolving Lender evidencing the Dollar Revolving Loans made by such Lender pursuant to Section 2.1(a), in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1, together with any amendments, modifications and supplements thereto, substitutions therefor and restatements thereof.
Dollar Revolving Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).

Dollar Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Parent or the US Borrower payable to the order of a Bank, in substantially the form of Exhibit 2.04(c), evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of such Borrower to such Bank resulting from the Dollar Revolving Loans made by such Bank, together with all modifications, extensions, renewals and rearrangements thereof from time to time in effect.
Dollar Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of the attached Exhibit A-1, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Lender resulting from Dollar Revolving Advances from such Lender, and "DOLLAR REVOLVING NOTES" means all of such promissory notes.

  • Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.
