Dollar Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).
Dollar Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.6(b)(i). “Dollar Working Capital Facility”: the Dollar Working Capital Facility Commitments and the extensions of credit thereunder. “Dollar Working Capital Facility Commitment”: at any date, as to any Dollar Working Capital Facility Lender, the obligation of such Dollar Working Capital Facility Lender to make Dollar Working Capital Facility Loans to the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.1(a) and to participate in Dollar Swing Line Loans and Dollar Working Capital Facility Letters of Credit in an aggregate principal and/or face amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Dollar Working Capital Facility Lender’s name on Schedule 1.0 under the caption “Dollar Working Capital Facility Commitment” or, as the case may be, in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which such Dollar Working Capital Facility Lender becomes a party hereto, as such amount may be changed from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
