Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.
Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.
Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.
Branded title means a title certificate that is labeled:
Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.
Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.
Intellectual Property Asset means, at the time of determination, any interest (fee, license or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any Intellectual Property.
Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.
Common name means any designation or identification such as code name, code number, trade name, brand name or generic name used to identify a chemical other than by its chemical name.
Business IP means all (i) Intellectual Property used in, held for use in, or necessary for the operation of the Company Group’s business as currently conducted and (ii) Company Intellectual Property.
Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.
URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.
Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.
Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.
Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
Intellectual Property Assets includes:
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.
Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
Registered Intellectual Property means all applications, registrations and filings for Intellectual Property Rights that have been registered, filed, certified or otherwise perfected or recorded with or by any state, government or other public or quasi-public legal authority anywhere in the world, including the United States Patent and Trademark Office or United States Copyright Office, including issued Patents and Patent applications, registered Trademarks and Trademark applications, registered Copyrights and Copyright applications, and domain name registrations and applications.
Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company.
End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
Company Intellectual Property Assets means all Intellectual Property Assets owned by the Company or used or held for use by the Company in the Business and all Products.
Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.
Transferred Intellectual Property means (i) all Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Acquired Companies, (ii) the Transferred Trademarks, (iii) the Transferred Patents, (iv) the Transferred Domains, and (v) all other Intellectual Property Rights owned by Sellers or their respective Affiliates as of the Closing Date that are exclusively used in or are exclusively related to the development, manufacture, marketing, use or sale of the Business Products.
Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).
