Bonds purchased with the proceeds of drawings on the IRB Letter of Credit which are held under a Book entry system shall be held by the Fiscal Agent in the name of the Domestic Collateral Agent with a notation that such Bonds are “Bank Bonds.” The Bank Bonds shall be held by the Fiscal Agent as fiduciary for the Domestic Collateral Agent and shall secure the Obligations hereunder.
Any resignation by Bank of America as Administrative Agent pursuant to this Section shall also constitute its resignation as Domestic Collateral Agent, Domestic L/C Issuer and Domestic Swingline Lender.
