Not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York time) on the proposed Drawdown Date (a) in the case of Syndicated Loans, each of the Domestic Banks will make available to the Administrative Agent or, (b) in the case of Canadian Loans, each of the Canadian Banks will made available to the Canadian Agent, at its respective Head Office, in immediately available funds, the amount of its Domestic Commitment Percentage or Canadian Commitment Percentage, as the case may be, of the amount of the requested Loan.
Each Domestic Bank shall remain severally and unconditionally liable to fund its pro rata share (based upon each Domestic Bank's Domestic Commitment) of such Swing Line Loans on each Swing Line Settlement Date and, in the event FNBB chooses not to fund all Base Rate Loans requested on any date, to fund its Domestic Commitment Percentage of the Base Rate Loans requested, subject to satisfaction of the provisions hereof relating to the making of Base Rate Loans.
