Domestic Commitment Percentage definition

Domestic Commitment Percentage means the Applicable Percentages of the Domestic Lenders.
Domestic Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender, that percentage of the Domestic Commitments of all Lenders hereunder to make Credit Extensions to the Domestic Borrowers, in the amount set forth opposite its name on Schedule 1.1 hereto or as may subsequently be set forth in the Register from time to time, as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.17 hereof.
Domestic Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Domestic Bank, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (or in such other document pursuant to which such Domestic Bank becomes a party hereto), as such Schedule may be updated from time to time in accordance with §2.1.5, §2.3(f), §2.4 and §21 hereof, as such Domestic Bank’s percentage of the Total Domestic Commitment.
