Domestic limited partnership definition

Domestic limited partnership means a limited partnership as defined in the "Uniform Limited Partnership Law of 1931", article 61 of this title, or as defined in the "Colorado Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 1981", article 62 of this title. The term includes a limited partnership that is a limited liability limited partnership.
Domestic limited partnership means a partnership formed by 2 or 23 more persons under the laws of the State and having one or more general partners and 24 one or more limited partners.
