Domestic Shipment definition

Domestic Shipment means a shipment that is not an International Shipment.
Domestic Shipment means services for the transportation and delivery of Documents and Parcels in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within its customs borders. The domestic shipment denotes services, independently offered to the clients by the Company, with the use of a certain type of air waybills and packaging.

The domestic shipment denotes services, independently offered to the clients by the Company, with the use of a certain type of air waybills and packaging. 1.13. “Documents” mean Items, which fit into the category of “documents” in compliance with the customs laws of the country of destination, or Items, which are delivered within the customs borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1.14. “Parcels” mean Items, which are subject to customs duty or have a commercial value or do not fit into the category of “documents”. 1.15. “Air waybill” (AWB) means the main transport contract, signed by the Client and the Company for the transportation of each Item. 1.16. “Air waybill” (AWB) may be of two types: - “ЕМЕХ house air waybill” or an air waybill for the shipping of Items within the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, containing EMEX shipping terms and conditions on the reverse side, - it is a contract, signed by the Company and the Client for the provision of services of acceptance, shipping, delivery of Items and for the provision of express mail (courier services) within the Republic of Kazakhstan, within its boundaries; the provisions of these contract shall be considered an integral part hereof; - “FedEx international air waybill” or an air waybill for the shipping of Items beyond the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, containing FedEx shipping terms and conditions on the reverse side, - it is a contract, signed by the Company and the Client for the shipping of international Items, sent beyond the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provisions of which shall be considered an integral part hereof. The Company also provides the services for delivery of international Items, received from beyond the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan against FedEx international air waybills.
