Domgas Project Treatment Plant definition

Domgas Project Treatment Plant means the treatment plant within the Title Areas for the production of Domgas as part of the Domgas Project referred to in the above definition of Domgas Project Pipeline which treatment plant is, or is to be (as the case may be), the subject of approved proposals pursuant to clauses 11 and 12 and any other treatment plant within the Title Areas for the production of Domgas as part of the Domgas Project which treatment plant is the subject of approved proposals pursuant to clauses 11 and 12 or clause 13 and includes any expansion of any such treatment plant that may be approved in accordance with clause 13. Environmental Protection Act means the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA).

  • Treatment Plant means the onshore plant to be constructed by the Joint Venturers for the liquefaction and treatment of natural gas and condensate as contemplated in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.
