Donor Centers definition

Donor Centers means each of the source plasma donor collection centers listed on Schedule A.
Donor Centers means the FDA licensed plasma collection centers operated by (i) PPR Canada at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx; and (ii) PPR USA at 00 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XXX.
Donor Centers means each of those source plasma donor collection centers listed on Schedule A of that certain Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2003, by and among the Company, LG, Holder and Serologicals Corporation.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
