DOT Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Transportation for alcohol and controlled substance testing requirements for employees subject to the Commercial Driver's License requirements pursuant to the Omnibus Transportation Act of 1991, including, but not limited to §§ 49 C.F.R. 40 and 49
DOT Regulations means 49 C.F.R. Parts 40, 192, 193, 195, 199, and 382.
DOT Regulations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
