Dover Indemnitees means each member of the Dover Group and each of their respective Affiliates from and after the Effective Time, and each of their respective current and former directors, officers, managers, employees and agents (in each case, in their respective capacities as such) and each of the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing, except the Apergy Indemnitees.
