Download Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) hereof.

Download Date means the date when Licensee accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and submits to Flexibilis Licensee’s contact information in order to get access to Flexibilis’ portal for the purpose of downloading the Deliverables from Flexibilis’ portal.

Examples of Download Date in a sentence

  • License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% on the Effective Date; (b) 60% on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (c) 15% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 days after the Available Download Date.

  • Systems Management Services are invoiced on the Available Download Date.

  • The first year Payroll Tax Table Update Fee for the one-year period commencing on the Available Download Date is waived.

  • On each Download Date, Borrowers shall deliver a report to Lender identifying Accounts which have been adjusted or written off since the last Download Date along with such information regarding such Accounts as Lender may request.

  • The Seller shall not cause the Company to update or modify the Datasite at any time following the Datasite Download Date.
